Manufactured from UV stabilised durable polypropylene, Slate Vents have and integrated insect grill.
The Slate Vent, which has proven outstanding in independent performance tests, can be used for both high and low level roof ventilation.
The product is designed to replace a single slate in a roofline.
This Fast Fit Refurb Vent makes retro-fitting into existing surrounding slates easy. It is simply slid between natural or man-made slates already in position with no need to cut battens,
I bought these to reduce the condensation in a loft, where the property had had cavity wall insulation fitted. Prior to the wall insulation their was no condensation present in the loft on the roof felt.. after a time period of it being done, constant condensation on the felt.. I fitted these roof vents a couple of weeks ago and they are helping to air the loft out!
