10mm FloPlast Anthracite Grey Vented Soffit Boards

10mm FloPlast anthracite grey vented soffit boards are suitable for refurbishment, replacement and new build applications where a vented soffit is required for building regulations. The slots are 35mm long, 3mm wide and are 50mm from the front edge of the boards, this provides a continuous '10mm clear air gap' to satisfy building regulations. These boards are available in widths from 150mm to 404mm.
