FloPlast PVCu 110mm Soil External Air Admittance Valve.

The external air admittance valve is designed to eliminate the need to run the soil pipe above the fascias as traditional methods dictated. By using this air admittance valve you can finish the soil stack (as with internal stacks) 200mm above the last wet entry point. As this allows air to be taken into the soil stack but does not allow the smell to escape it can be finished where needed regardless of the position of any opening windows. This then saves running the stock out and around the fascias to get above the gutter height

This FloPlast soil pipe fitting is available in Black, Grey and White.

This FloPlast 110mm fitting is for use with our 110mm downpipe / soil pipe system.
